Things have finally turned out to be good for the makers of ‘Dum Maaro Dum’ after the division bench of Bombay High Court brushed off the petition that was earlier filed by Goa based Savio, to stop the release of DMD for its objectionable content.
It’s reported that after watching the movie the High Court judges have given the verdict to release the movie as scheduled on April 22 since the film doesn’t portray Goa negatively.
Justice S C Dharmadhikari and Justice F M Reis of the division bench have given the go-ahead to release the film after DMD’s filmmaker removed the explicitly distasteful content that was seen in the promos.
Speaking about ‘Dum Maaro Dum’s release date, Fox Star Studio International Private Limited (FSSIPL) representative Dina Duttani stated, "It will be released in 20 countries at 350 international locations and 1,000 theatres and multiplexes in India."
