Actress Jennifer Aniston, who is dating actor Justin Theroux, says she is determined to have a family and is "open" to being a single mother.
"I'd love to have children one day. And it'll happen. I am open to being a single mother, to adopting. I'm just fine with it," contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.
The 42-year-old, who was previously married to Brad Pitt and has dated stars including Vince Vaughn and John Mayer, admits she prefers being at home than in the spotlight.
"I love being at home. I enjoy having cosy dinners with my friends, playing board games or poker. It's fun! Also, I'm into watching Oprah's network, I love her. You'll never see me on twitter or anything like that, it's not for me. I'm all about old traditional ways phone calls and letters. Although I do internet surf and shop online. I love auctions," she said.
Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend has told her he loves her.
The 'Horrible Bosses' actress - who started dating Justin Theroux last month after first meeting him on the set of 'Wanderlust' last year - was accompanied by the actor to her official hand and footprint ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theatre yesterday (07.07.11), where he reportedly confessed his feelings.
An onlooker told HollywoodLife.com: "Jen and Justin were cuddled up together before she was taken away for the ceremony. They were away from the cameras and they hugged and kissed for a few seconds before Justin said, 'Congratulations, I love you!'
"She didn't say I love you back but she gave him a big kiss in return and then had to hurry away."
Jennifer is likely to be thrilled by Justin's emotional honesty, as the 42-year-old star recently insisted the key to a successful relationship is being able to talk openly with your partner.
She said: "You need to talk to each other and you have to say what you want.
"You don't confront your man about things which you're not happy about, you approach it in a much more constructive way. You never want to be in an adversarial situation where it's you versus him. "All couples face those kinds of difficulties, but you've got to be able to talk about your problems and your needs and do it in a positive way. That's easier said than done, of course."
Justin Theroux's girlfriend of 14 years is "heartbroken" over their split. The Your Highness actor, who has recently been romantically linked to Jennifer Aniston, moved out of the home he shared with Heidi Bivens last weekend and although she has refused to comment, friends claim she is devastated.
A representative for Heidi said: "Heidi and Justin have been together for 14 years. They met when she was 20 years old and he 24, and yes, she just moved out of their home last weekend."
Though the costume designer refused to be drawn on the reports, some of her pals say the news came as a shock.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Heidi is heartbroken. She was completely blindsided. She and Justin had been together for years, they had a home."
Friends of Justin, 39, say his relationship with Heidi was over long before he met Jennifer, 42, on the set of "Wanderlust" last year. The friend said: "Things were already over between him and Heidi before he got close to Jen."
Jennifer is said to be besotted with Justin and recently threw a party to introduce him to her closest friends.
A friend said: "Jen is totally into him. They have been hanging out for months. She wants to be with him all the time. She's diving in headfirst."
Jennifer Aniston appears to be so enthralled by her new man Justin Theroux that she threw an intimate party for him.
The 42-year-old star arranged a get-together for close pals, including Chelsea Handler and Courteney Cox, to introduce them to her guy, quoted the People magazine. "They all had a great time and enjoyed Justin's company," a source told the magazine.
The award winning actress, who first met Justin on the set of movie Wonderlust is said to be so enamored that she can't stand being apart from him.
The couple are enjoying their new relationship and Jennifer is happy because Justin is not her usual type. "He's edgier than the guys Jen usually dates. She really likes him," the source added.
Aniston gained worldwide recognition in the 1990s for portraying Rachel Green in the television sitcom "Friends", a role which earned her an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.
The American actress was previously married to Brad Pitt and has dated Vince Vaughn and John Mayer.
