SRK directed by AR Murgadoss

There has been talk about a Bollywood remake of A.R Murugadoss's film 'Ramana' with Vijaykanth for quite some time now.

After all the speculation, it seems that something concrete is finally happening. Sanjay Leela Bhansali loved the film and had purchased the remake rights for it.

Bhansali then approached Shah Rukh Khan for the role and word is that SRK loved the role. A.R Murugadoss has been asked to wield the directorial baton again and apparently he has agreed since he is keen to work with SRK.

Vadivelu back in Rana..

The latest news circulating in Kollywood is that Rajinikanth has decided to take in Vadivelu amongst the star cast for Rana.

According to sources in Kollywood, Rajini agreed to include Vadivelu in Rana’s star cast as he is on the verge of being sidelined by several in the film fraternity.

Vadivelu’s statement regarding Rana during the elections and his comment about Vijaykanth had irked Rajini and he had requested director KS Ravi Kumar not to offer the comedian role to him.

With Vadivelu regretting his statement, sources now say that both Ganja Karuppu and Vadivelu would remain in the project although Ganja Karuppu was signed up for the role instead of Vadivelu.

This program gives an opportunity for youngsters who wish to make a mark in the film industry by directing films.

Yes, wannabe directors can now make a short film that runs for about 10 to 15 minutes.

The viewers would be selecting the best among them and the winner will be given an opportunity to direct a film for Vijaykanth’s production house.

This show will be hosted by popular RJ Ananda Kannan.
