Selena Gomez has finally lost patience with Justin Bieber. Selena Gomez has long had reservations about the company that Bieber keeps, disapproving of his friends Sean Kingston and Chris Brown. The Metro reported that a friend of Bieber's told the Daily Star Sunday: "The big headline-grabbing romance is over.

All Selena wants to be now is friends. She doesn't feel Justin is quite mature enough yet to be in a long-term, stable relationship. She's in the market for someone a little older and more worldly-wise."

Apparently Gomez has been seen flirting with Shia Lebeouf, who at 25 fits her age criteria. It is also rumoured that her split from Bieber was speeded up because she had found out he was texting ex-girlfriend JASMINE VILLEGAS. In other news, Gomez has been confirmed as the host for the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show, and will perform at the event scheduled for 28th August.

She said in a statement: "I am very excited to be a part of the 2011 VMAs! After all of my years watching the VMAs, the pre-show has always been one of my favorite parts. It is a true honor to be hosting from the black carpet this year."

Carrie Bradshaw's fans need not be disappointed as a third Sex and the City movie is inching towards reality, says lead star Sarah Jessica Parker.

The 46-year-old actress who played the popular character in the successful TV series and two movies, says they have found a story for the third movie, the Hollywood Reporter said.

"There is. I know what the story is. It's a small story, but I think it should be told. The question is, what's the right time to tell it?" Parker said.

The second movie, where the action shifts to Abu Dhabi, was critically panned for its insensitive portrayal of the Muslim world with makers indicating that they might not take the story forward.

Parker's comments seem to lend credence to the theory that a third film would not be a prequel with younger starcast.

"My Carrie Bradshaw started at 33, and I took her to 43. I didn't even want to know who Carrie Bradshaw's parents were because I thought she only existed in Manhattan. So for me, the idea of going backwards and making her less evolved ... is something that I don't imagine doing," show runner Michael Patrick King had said.

Last month, rumours surfaced that the project will feature young stars such as Elizabeth Olsen, Emma Roberts, Blake Lively, Selena Gomez as Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte respectively. Also the film will be based upon The Carrie Diaries and Summer and the City.

Teen idol Justin Bieber has slammed accusations that he "acted like a brat" on an American Airlines flight.

The 17-year-old singer faced allegations that he behaved badly on a flight from Los Angeles to Asia and even refused to take his seat when the aircraft was preparing to take off, reported MTV online.

"He then gave the staff a really hard time the whole flight, nobody could believe it.

"And then at the end, the captain introduced himself to Justin and kindly asked for an autograph, and he rudely refused," said a source.

But the Baby hitmaker has denied all the allegations and said, "I have no clue. I have never heard that rumour. I don't think you should believe everything you hear. People make up stuff all the time."

The teen sensation has previously been accused of misbehaving on a flight from Sydney to Melbourne in May, where an air-hostess said he was "acting like a child."

Glee star Lea Michele is reportedly being lined up to play Jennifer Grey's role in the remake of 1987 film Dirty Dancing.

The 24-year-old actress, who is set to leave the hit TV musical at the end of next season, has been rumoured for the of Frances 'Baby' Houseman, originally played by Grey, reported Contactmusic.

Dancer-choreographer Derek Hough could star as Patrick Swayze's character Johnny Castle.

But Michele could face competition from pop stars Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez because they have also been linked with the role of Baby.

Kenny Ortega, who directed Michael Jackson's 'This is It' and choreographed the original Dirty Dancing, is set to helm the forthcoming movie, which has seen 'Glee' actor Matthew Morrison and Gossip Girl hunk Chace Crawford considered for the part of Johnny.

The movie is set to arrive in 2013, with official casting announcements expected soon.

Justin Bieber must stop hanging around with hip hop stars if he is to salvage his relationship with Selena Gomez, reports are suggesting.

Justin Bieber's new pals are singer Sean Kingston, a former child burglar, Chris Brown, who beat ex-partner Rihanna, and Lil Wayne, who has been charged with gun-related crimes in the past. Neither Gomez nor Bieber have confirmed the split, but a source told The Sun that things came to a head when Bieber tried to bring Kingston to one of her shows: "Selena told him to stop hanging with these bad people. She didn't want him to crash her gig. They had a huge row and said it was good they were having time apart while she was on tour."

However, the couple caused a sensation the next day by cruising through Miami in an open-top Rolls Royce, seemingly contradicting earlier reports. Despite this, the source claimed that the row was serious, and that Bieber was distraught, adding: "It's hard seeing a little 17-year-old crying and saying he loves her."

Gather Celebs news reported that Kingston had recently been in a near-fatal jet-ski crash, and Bieber was trying to look after his friend by inviting him to the show. The break up rumours are bound to continue until one of the pair makes a statement to the contrary.

She's known as one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood.. So it's no wonder that Jessica Alba makes being pregnant look as lovely as it possibly could.

Jessica looked relaxed and cheerful as she chatted to The Tonight Show host Jay Leno about her pregnancy and upcoming film Spy Kids: All The Time In The World.

It is believed that the due date is around mid-September.

Jessica has been taking care to spend a lot of time with her three-year-old daughter Honor recently, to ensure that she doesn't feel left out amidst the baby buzz.

Jessica made sure Honor's third birthday, which was last month, was a special occasion for her little girl, escorting her around New York dressed adorable in a purple princess outfit.

According to reports, the 18-year-old was likely to portray the character of a young Charlotte York, the role made famous by Kristin Davis.

But Gomez says she is not joining the franchise as the teen version of York, reported Daily Star online.

"That was a compliment and I was very surprised when I heard that - it was very sweet, but there is nothing official and I've never even been approached or anything," said Gomez.

The songstress also said that she is not a Sex and the City fan because she was too young to watch it when it first hit TV screens.

"My mum is more of a fan because I wasn't really allowed to watch it when I was younger," added Gomez.

The series has spawned two movies and producers are rumoured to be working on ideas for a big-screen prequel, showing the characters in their youth.

Singer-actress Selena Gomez has given up surfing the internet after receiving nasty online comments from fans jealous of her romance with singer Justin Bieber.

Gomez, 18, and Bieber, 17, went public with their relationship this year. But the revelation infuriated some of the "Baby" hitmaker's fans, who targeted Gomez online. "It's weird, it's just weird, but I don't pay attention to it, I just try to live my life as normal as possible. I just like to not focus on what the whole world is saying about me and just be happy with myself," contactmusic quoted Gomez as saying.

"I try to not read magazines or the internet but it's obviously unavoidable. I mean, it's everywhere, so there are moments where I read things that hurt my feelings But not most of the time. I don't surround my life with magazines or the internet," she added.

Singer-actress Selena Gomez and popstar Justin Bieber made their relationship official when they kissed at a public function.

The young stars couldn't have found a more public place to express their love than at a press conference in Indonesia where Bieber is performing. The two have been quietly dating for months, reports said.

Selena said they made a decision to go public with their romance because she doesn't like hiding things.

"I don't like hiding. I do like to keep certain things to myself, but at the end of the day, I'm eighteen, and I'm going to fall in love," Gomez said.

"I am going to hang out with people, and I'm going to explore myself, and I'm okay with that," she added.
