After Renigunta, Sanjana Singh opted to perform for item numbers and make cameos in few films like Ko, Veyilodu Vilayadu and Mayanginen Thayanginen based on the request of some friends in the industry.Sanjana, however says that she is in no hurry to accept offers as she is looking for good roles that requires award-winning performance.
The actor mentioned of her opportunity to play the female lead again in a film titled Yarukku Theriyum directed by Ganesan Kamaraj and of another untitled film to be directed by Athiyaman.
Sanjana is expecting a break through C.S Amudhan’s Rendavathu Padam (2nd film), an upcoming Tamil film written and directed by C. S. Amudhan that has her playing a pivotal role.
Following the success of the trendsetter Tamizhpadam, 'Rendavathu Padam' stars Vimal, Aravind Akash, Richard and Santhanam along with Vijayalakshmi. The film is currently in its filming stage and scheduled for a mid-2012 release.
