This biggie that is expected to release by the end of this year would feature newly married couple Sneha and Prasanna sharing screen space with Director Mysskin donning the grease paint to play the villain in the film.

Looks like Richa is progressing pretty good pace even on her career front.

Actors Sneha and Prasanna headed towards their marital releation with their wedding on 11th May, 2012 that was held at the Sri Varu Venkatachalapathy Kalyana Mandapam.

The marriage was performed in respect to both Brahmin and the Naidu customs. While Sneha looked pretty as usual in a red colour sari as the bridr for the Brahmin wedding, she wore a yellow silk sari with green border for the other.

The couple have been seeing each other for quite sometime, and apparently their love blossomed during the making of the film Achamundu Achamundu, in which they acted as husband and wife.

Celebs Factory wishes the couple a happy married life and success in their career post their marriage.

Haridas, G.N.R. Kumaravelan’s third directorial venture is set to go on floors shortly.

Kumaravelan’s debut movie was Ninaithaale Inikkum. So questions have risen about his penchant for naming his movies after yesteryear classics. When asked about Haridas being part of that sentiment, he said that it was just a chance occurrence. The movie is based on a real life story of two characters, Sivadas and Haridas who had lived in his neighbourhood for more than 10 years ago, hence the name for the movie.

Kishore plays the lead role in the movie, the father of an 8 year old son. The son will be played by Prithviraj Das. Sneha plays an important role in the movie. The movie tells the story of how the boy takes up his father as his role model.

There have been a lot of reports about Haridas being the reason for Sneha walking out of Kochadaiyaan. When asked about this, Kumaravelan said that he had not prompted any such decision. He however said that Sneha was extremely excited upon hearing the script and accepted the role immediately. She had reportedly said that out of the 80 odd scripts she had heard, none had excited her more.

Kumaravelan added that the movie is sure to be noted for its dialogues which are being penned by A.R. Venkatesan. The movie will also mark the first time of cinematographer Rathnavelu to shoot completely in the digital format.

Director Rajesh who has Jiiva starrer Siva Manasule Shakthi and Arya starrer Boss Engira Bhaaskaran in his filmography is well known for roping in stars for a guest role in his films.

Rajesh's earlier films SMS had Arya and Boss Engira Bhaaskaran had Jiiva in cameos respectively and now this penchant to get in some of the top stars in the industry for cameo has become an expectation from the director.

For Director Rajesh's Oru Kal Oru Kannadi that is to mark the debut of producer Udayanidhi Stalin as hero, Rajesh has Andrea, Sneha and Arya to appear in cameo roles.

The film’s audio launch is scheduled to take place later this month and the film’s release date is expected to be announced formally soon.

Kochadaiyaan, Soundarya Rajinikanth’s mega budget film has been the talk of the town since its initiation. Beginning with the long line of prominent actors in its cast followed by the rift between the two sisters Soundarya and Aishwarya over release dates, Rajinikanth’s health and finally now the poster.

The poster shows Rajinikanth portraying one of Lord Shiva’s poses. He sports long hair and a beard along with accessories on his hair, neck and leg. While the physique looks like the work of a ‘mouse’ we are sure Rajini’s fans will be over-thrilled to see the actor in the new avatar.

It is official… Sneha, the smiley queen of South Cinema is going to marry another talented actor Prasanna soon.

Actor Prasanna has announced this today through his PR.

Sneha was paired with Prasanna for the first time in Achamundu Achamundu. Since then, there were numerous reports rounding the media of their affair.

Both have honestly accepted the fact and announced the same today officially. The engagement of Prasanna – Sneha will be held very soon.

“Yes… me and Sneha decided to marry soon with the blessings of our parents. The engagement date or the marriage date is yet to be finalized. It'd be announced soon. Thanks for all,” said Prasanna.

Bollywood legend Naseeruddin Shah clarified that he is not imitating Rajinikanth in The Dirty Picture, a film chronicling the life of the late sex icon Silk Smitha.

The actor clarifies, “I am not playing Rajnikanth in the film I’m simply portraying an ageing superstar, modelled on many people. I will be using my own observations of Hindi stars for the part, since I am not very familiar with most of the southern actors.”

Talking of south Indian actors, we asked him about sharing screen space with actress Sneha, who is to make her Bollywood debut in the movie Mad Dad, alongside him.

Sneha, the actress with the charming smile, is one of the few actresses in this industry who has proved her staying power. Her recent Tamil release, Bhavani may have been a debacle but she is still going strong. She has given up on action films and is currently working on a Telugu project. It is her hope that this movie will hit the jackpot and give her career in Telugu a boost. She is even thinking of revamping her image to ensure further success.

Having started out as the girl next door, Sneha worked on her image and evolved into a chic star. Recently, the actress said that she has no problem in taking up glamorous roles and is even willing to don a bikini if the script is strong and her role demands it.

Smiling beauty Sneha had been too busy in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films till date that she never agreed to do a Hindi film though opportunities came her way. But now the lady has agreed to try her luck in Bollywood.

Her debut will be with veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah. Sources in Kollywood say that Sneha is so happy to get an opportunity to share the screen space with Naseeruddin Shah and she decided to lap it up.

In this film titled Mad Dad to be directed by Revathy Verma of June R fame, she will play Naseeruddin Shah's wife and mom to a grown up daughter to be played by Aysha Takia.

Venkat Prabhu directed Goa, starring Vaibhav and Sneha in the lead roles, which was a big hit in Tamil is now being dubbed into Telugu under the same name. The film has ex-flames Simbhu and Nayanthara in special appearances. While the Tamil version was produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth under the banner of Ocher Studios, the Telugu version is being jointly produced by Gangavarapu Srinivasulu Naidu and SK Babu under the banner of Sai Balaji Films. The DTS work of the film is going on in full swing.

Briefing about the film, the producers say, "The film was shot in in Goa, Malaysia and Bangkok. It is a youthful love entertainer. Goa is the story of three friends who wish to break away from the confines of village life. They leave for Madurai and from there to Goa, where adventures await the trio. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed some wonderful tunes for the film. We want to release the audio this week and the film in May."

Jai, Premgi Amaren, Piaa Bajpai, Sampath Raj, Aravind Akash and Melanie Marie are the others in the cast. Dialogues are by Shashank Vennelakanti and lyrics by Vennelakanti.

Ponnar Shankar, an upcoming Indian epic film adapted from a novel of the same name by M. Karunanidhi, a fictionalized retelling of the Ponnar Shankar epic. The film is directed by Thiagarajan and features his son Prashanth in lead dual roles as warrior princes Ponnar and Shankar with Pooja Chopra and Divya Parameshwaran making their film debuts as princesses. The film is based on true story about KONGU NADU.The film also features an extensive cast of supporting actors with Rajkiron, Napoleon, Prakash Raj, Jayaram, Sneha and Kushboo amongst others.

'Prashanth had entered into films very early and since then I've always wanted to do something big for him. The story of Ponnar - Shankar had immense scope for exhibiting not just his acting skills but also his expertise in the Martial Arts. I approached Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, with the project and he immediately gave me the go ahead, 'says Thiagarajan.

'The star cast comprises some of the biggest stars in the industry and to assemble them all on the sets was quite a challenge. If I got the call sheets of one actor, another would be busy shooting somewhere else. Another challenge was shifting the war battalions from one location to another. Moreover, to give an authentic touch, I have avoided graphics as much as possible.

So, in one scene, if you see a clash of 10,000 horses, in another, you will see 2000 dancers in action. The war and dance sequences will surely be talked about,' claims the directorm being very happy about the way his project had shaped up.

Discussions for the production of Ponnar Shankar had been ongoing since 2007 and filming started in August 2009. The film has progressed slowly due to the difficulty of fixing schedules to feature all the supporting cast together, and is expected to release in April 2011.

The latest passenger from Kollywood to get a ticket to Bollywood is Sneha. The smiling beauty of Tamil cinema has been roped in for an upcoming Hindi movie, to be directed by Revathy Varma.

Sneha will play Naseeruddin Shah’s wife in the film titled ‘Mad Dad’. Popular Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia will play her daughter. “It is a challenging role and I love being part of the film,” she says.

According to Revathy Varma, Sneha’s looks in the film will be in 1980s style. “Sneha is a talented actor. She can perform any role with ease. This is the reason behind selecting her for the role,” the director says.

Sneha, who was last seen in ‘Bhavani’, is currently acting in ‘Vidiyal’, ‘Ponnar Sankar’ and ‘Murattu Kaalai’ in Tamil. Sources close to the actress say that “She has given bulk dates to Mad Dad and is eager to shoot for her maiden Hindi film.” Guess we're all eyes to see Sneha speaking Hindi, shouldn't hurt much as watching Daniel Craig speaking our national language.
