The best of buddies, Arya and Vishal had a great outing together in Bala’s Avan Ivan.

We now hear that the duo is getting back together.

Arya is likely to do a cameo in Madha Gaja Raja aka MGR starring Vishal in the lead. The actor who currently has Irandam Ulagam and Vishnuvardhan's untitled film in hand, didn’t think a bit in giving his nod to do the cameo for his friend, say reports.

MGR also stars Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar, Anjali, Santhanam, Sadagopan Ramesh, Prakash Raj and Sonu Sood in important roles.

Richard Nathan is helming the camera for this film directed by Sundar C after the success of Kalakalappu (2012). Vijay Antony is composing the music for the film and actor Sada has been roped to perform for an item number in the film.

Trisha is having a good time in Kollywood right now.

The actor has in her kitty, Samar with Vishal, Boologam with Jayam Ravi and Endrendrum Punnagai with Jiiva.

In a recent chat the hot looking actor opened up about her leading man Vishal in her upcoming film 'Samar'..

“Vishal and I have always been good friends and we wanted to act together for a very long time. Thiru gave us that chance in Samar. Like Ajith and Vijay, Vishal too is a very good pair for me,” said Trisha.

Samar also stars Sunaina, Jay Prakash, Manoj Bajpai, JD Chakravarthi and Rajendran. Yuvan Shankar Raja is doing the music and Richard M Nathan is handling the camera.

'Kalakalappu', a comedy caper directed by Sundar C with Vimal, Shiva, Santhanam, Anjali and Oviya in lead roles is running packed houses and those who have seen the flick would have also noticed the glamour quotient in the film besides laughing their f#cking a$$es out.

"I did not force Anjali and Oviya to wear glamorous costumes in Kalakalappu. I just explained them the demands of the script and the thorough professionals understood it," said Sundar C about the two leading ladies who were seen with an extra dosage of glamour.

Initially titled 'Masala Cafe', the film was rechristened as 'Kalakalappu' before its release worldwide. Following the stupendous response, the producers of the film have decided to go ahead with a sequel with exactly the same team.

Sundar C is currently busy filming Madha Gadha Raja with Vishal and Karthika and would turn his attention to the Kalalalappu II once this project is wrapped up.

Shooting for Kalakalappu 2 is scheduled to begin in October and Sundar C is expected to return with exactly the same team with Vimal, Shiva, Santhanam, Anjali and Oviya reprising their roles.

Sunaina has been missing from the scene for quite a long that we almost forgot how she looks.

Yes, We are talking about the same gorgeous looking actor who got her break with her debut Tamil film 'Kadhalil Vizhunthen (2008)' opposite Nakul. She was then seen in 'Masilamani (2009)' and 'Vamsam (2010)', that depsite been succesful at the Box Office didn't do any good to her acting career.

"I have no issues playing the second lead as long as my role is significant and is the cause for a turning point in the movies," said the sportive belle,  who is currently busy playing the second lead in the Thiru directed 'Samar' with Vishal and Trisha.

"I am sure that my next film will be a landmark in my career," confided Sunaina about her next project Neerparavai, directed by Seenu Ramasamy.

Trisha's love for her mother Uma Krishnan is an open secret.

The actor has time and had again expressed her affection towards her mother, saying that it was her mum who shaped her up into what she is now.

However on Mothers' Day on Sunday, Trisha was unable to be with her mother, as she was in Mysore, shooting for an advertisement. But this has not stopped Trisha from showering loads of love for her mother.

"To the person I love d most n d reason I am :) I love u Mum...Happy Mother's Day," wrote Trisha on her microblogging page. She telephoned her mother and wished him on the special day, we learn.

On the professional front, Trisha recently delivered a super hit in Tollywood with 'Dammu' also starring NTR Jr. and Karthika. The pretty lass is currently part of three Tamil movies, 'Samar' with Vishal, 'Endrendrum Punnagai' with Jiiva and 'Boologam' with 'Jayam' Ravi.

Trisha is back in the country after celebrating her birthday with friends in picturesque Koh Samui, Thailand.

The beautiful belle graciously thanked her fans for all the birthday wishes, cards, flowers and the love they have showered on her.

The actor said that she had a wonderful holiday celebrating her birthday in Thailand and is feeling very rejuvenated and ready to get back to the grind.

Trisha will be joining the Vishal and his Samar team for an extended schedule to wrap up her part for the film and would then begin work on the Jiiva starrer Endrendrum Punnagai to be directed by Ahmed of Vaamanan fame.

As reported earlier, Trisha has replaced Amala Paul and Nayantara as Jayam Ravi's leading lady for his next film 'Boologam' to be directed by debutante Kalyanakrishnan. It may be recalled that the actor is pairing with Jayam Ravi for the 2nd time after Unnakum Ennakum (2006).

Actor Vishal is a busy boy now-a-days.

The actor is working round the clock to meet the shoot of his films. The first one is Samar, which also stars Trisha as the lead lady. The film is being directed by Thiru, who directed Vishal in Theeradha Vilayattu Pillai.

Apart from Samar, Vishal has signed up for a comedy film MGR, that will be directed by Sundar C, whose Kalakalappu is all set to release on May 11th. Karthika has signed up for the film, to play Vishal's love interest in Sundar C's Madha Gaja Raja AKA MGR.

After these two projects, Saravanan will direct Vishal for his upcoming action packed film Sandakozhi 2 that will be produced by Lingusamy.

Also there are rumours that, Vishal and Bala, who did Avan Ivan together might get-together again for another film.

Director Saravanan created a wonderful first impression with his debut film, Engeyum Eppothum. All eyes are on him to see what he will do next.

There were reports that Arya will be the hero in his next film. But things did not work out for various reasons and now Vishal, who is a good friend of Arya has stepped into this project.

Vishal is on a roll with Samar gearing up for release and Sundar C's Madha Gaja Raja getting underway. It has been reported that he will also do Bala's next after Paradesi.

Sada, the sexy lass who made her debut with Jayam Ravi in Jayam and later impressed her fans with films like Priyasakhi, Anniyan, Unnale Unnale and Puli Vesham is back after a hiatus.

The actor has now been roped in to perform an item number for Vishal's upcoming film with director Sundar c.

As reported earlier, director Sundar C. is back to directing movies and his 'Kalakalappu' that is to release later this month is a much anticipated laugh riot. He had recently announced of his next project also to be a comedy caper titled 'MGR' AKA 'Madha Gaja Raja' with Vishal and Karthika in the lead.

Sada, the sizzling seductress who has not signed any Tamil films recently is touted to shake her legs for an item song in 'MGR' with the tall and handsome Vishal.

Sada was concentrating on Kannada films, after her last Tamil film Puli Vesham did not do well in the box-office. It is also being reported that Sada gave her denial for several item numbers earlier, but now accepted MGR as this special number will be featured differently with an innovative concept.

Trisha, the demure darling who turned 29 on the 4th of May, 2012 is celebrating in Ko Samui island, Thailand spending time with her friends.

The birthday babe's recent Telugu release Dammu with NTR Jr. has been announced a hit and its Tamil version 'Singa Magan' is also to release very soon once its gets through the certification issues by the Censors.

Trisha has also been signed up opposite Jayam Ravi for Boologam directed by Kalyanakrishnan. The project would go on floors later this month and Trisha would join the crew of the film once the shooting for her Vishal starrer 'Samar' has been wrapped.

Now that the beautiful belle is on a break celebrating with her quality time with her friends, she is expected to be back soon for shooting for an endorsement deal before resuming her other projects.

Earlier titled Samaran, the film starring Vishal and Trisha directed by Thiru was retitled 'Samar' after much brainstorming.

The Vishal starrer is again caught up in  a problem with its title as a person by name Sakthi Mohan claims to have already registered the same with the guild.

“Pa Vijay, for one of his projects had registered the title. But, when I requested him for the title, he graciously withdrew his registration. Now, I wouldn’t mind going to the court to retain it,” said Sakthi Mohan in a statement.

Samar also features Sunaina, Manoj Bajpai, J.D Chakravarthy and Rajendran. Richard M Nathan cranks the camera and Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music for the film.

Will the title change again? We will have to wait and watch.

The film maker is back to what he does best and has completed his come back film in 90 days time.

Kalakalappu that has music by Vijay Ebenezer is now in news for its musical album that is been sold like hot cakes. This summer laugh riot is slated to be released on 11th May. 

After this, Sundar C will begin work on his next film which is going to have Vishal in the lead. This project will be a romantic comedy and will have Karthika pairing with Vishal for the first time. The film has been titled 'Madha Gaja Raja' AKA MGR for short!

Samaran, Vishal and Trisha's next film produced by Balaji Real Media Productions and directed by Thiru has now been renamed Samar.

Samaran means "The Warrior" and Samar means "The War".

Samar's cast along with Vishal and Trisha would also have Sunaina, Manoj Bajpai and JD Chakravarthy in supporting roles.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for Samar and cinematography is by Richard M Nathan. The team is having a blast working on this action film and word is that it is shaping up very well.

Samaran, an upcoming commercial film, brings Vishal and Trisha together for the first time.

The buzz is that a single track from the film will be released in May, though a precise release date hasn’t been announced yet.

The crew will be flying to Thailand in the second week of May to complete the talkie portions of the film. They had been shooting in Bangkok for the film till recently.

Trisha, who has taken a short break now, recently updated, “Will be joining the Samaran team after the first week of May. Will keep you posted. No work talks now. Haha enjoy…”

The film apart from Vishal and Trisha features Sunaina, Manoj Bajpai and JD Chakravarthy in supporting roles. Richard M Nathan handles the camera and Yuvan is composing for the film.

Vishal’s next film has been confirmed.

It will be a full-length comedy flick directed by Sundar C, who seems intent on returning to direction in a full-fledged manner.

Sundar C is currently doing the Vimal-Shiva-Santhanam starrer Kalakalappu, earlier titled Masala Café. The film is almost complete and he will move onto the Vishal starrer immediately. Vishal also will be ready after the completion of Samaran, his film with Trisha.

Casting for the new film has commenced and it has been confirmed that Ko fame Karthika will be seen along with Vishal. It is reported that Hansika was the original choice for the role but the team later thought that the huge difference in height between Vishal and Hansika might not be ideal. So, they went for a heroine whose height matches well with the tall Vishal, and that’s how Karthika bagged the role.

Trisha makes sure to take some time off at least once a year to go on a holiday with her buddies in order to relax and unwind.

In the past, Trisha and her buddies have holidayed in Australia and even hit the Tiger trail in Ranthambore. This year is going to be special as Trisha's birthday is coming up as well on May 4th.

As of now, Trisha is thinking of heading to Thailand with her pals. They have found a superb resort and are thinking of hanging out there and bringing in her birthday.

Trisha has two films lined up in Tamil - Samaran with Vishal and Endrendrum Punnagai with Jiiva. Shooting for the former film happened in Bangkok and that was when Trisha fell in love with the country and decided to visit the place again at leisure.

Arya has bought a swanking new flat located in Greams Road, Chennai and had invited his close friends from the film fraternity for the house warming ceremony.

Surprisingly, Nayantara was present and she was the person to light the auspicious Kuthuvilakku in the flat. Others present include Vishal and Udhayanidhi Stalin.

It's only the second time that Nayantara is visiting Chennai after her much-publicized breakup with Prabhudeva happened. It's also notable that Nayantara is actively reading scripts these days in an effort to attain what she had left behind.
