Socialite Kim Kardashian will wed her fiance Kris Humphries on the 20th of August.

The 30-year-old and her basketball star fiance--who proposed to her in May--will tie the knot after enjoying separate bachelor and bachelorette parties later this month, reports the New York Post.

The bride has already invited at least 1,000 guests to the wedding, despite not currently having a venue.

"There's no location yet, but Kim has already invited at least 1,000, and the list is getting longer. The original idea was to have a wedding on each coast, but she now wants one huge wedding," said a source.

"She'll probably reveal where the ceremony is. She hopes to make a huge entrance. She's having guests sign confidentiality agreements," the source added.

Reality star Kim Kardashian is set to make a lump sum from her marriage and has reportedly sold exclusive coverage of her engagement and wedding for $ 1 million.

The 30-year-old socialite's nuptials will be covered by People Magazine, reported New York Post.

Despite securing the lucrative coverage, the magazine's editors are reportedly concerned that public fascination of the reality star may be waning.

Kardashian became engaged to the NBA star Kris Humphries last month, with the magazine paying an initial $ 300,000 before making a second deal for wedding rights of just over USD 1 million.

According to sources, magazine staffers are concerned their investment won't be fully recouped. Rival magazine 'OK' reportedly made an offer of nearly USD 2 million but eventually pulled out of the bidding.

"People's Kim engagement cover sold well, but did not as well as they hoped. Over a million copies were sold, which is good but not their best. And when you spend that much on a cover story, you expect it to sell," an insider said.

Reality star Khloe Kardashian was the victim of a prolonged wardrobe malfunction during the live telecast of a television show.

The 26-year-old socialite, who was wearing a sheer black top while appearing for a TV interview along with sister Kourtney, unwittingly exposed her chest for a long duration, reported Us magazine.

Despite four minutes into the interview, Khloe failed to notice the "slip" and neither did Kourtney, 32, and the hosts of the show.

"My mom just called me saying my slip is 'all over the internet!'" Ha! Is it weird that I love it?! Who knew it was so special?" wrote Khloe on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

Khloe, who is married to NBA star Lamar Odom, also said she and her husband wants to start a family desperately and they have not ruled out on adoption to have a baby.

"I've always wanted a big family. But seeing how much hard work brining up Mason is for Kourt has given me a reality check. I don't think I'll be rushing into that just yet!"

'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star Kim is also planning a bachelorette party in Las Vegas in the next few weeks to be attended by close pals Ciara, Kelly Rowland, and Brittney Gastineau.

Friends of 30-year-old Kim have previously revealed she is hoping her wedding will rival that of Britain's Prince William and Princess Catherine, who married in Westminster Abbey In April.

A pal said: "Kim is planning the wedding of the century. She doesn't see why a royal wedding should get more attention that hers. She sees herself as a bigger celebrity than Kate Middleton."
