The tall and beautiful Deepika Padukone has scored over Salman’s ex flame Katrina……. Well B-town is buzzing aloud with this news and our close hands on condition of anonymity disclose that Deepika is the top contender for Salman’s first with Yash Raj productions.

We all know that B-town premier production house YRF the flag bearers of sweet NRI romancers has announced a flick with the ‘dabangg Khan’ Salman to be helmed by New York fame director Kabir Khan.

Initially, it was a cake walk for Katrina as she was in good terms with Salman the man behind her success and the lass was sitting pretty with ‘Dhoom 3’ with Aamir, Yash Chopra’s comeback opposite Shahrukh Khan and the third with her ex flame Salman all three for under Yash Raj Banner.

But after ‘Ranbir’ episode and Katrina liking towards the Kapoor bachcha becoming public, crack started developing in Salman-Katrina’s relationship.

Now we here that Salman is not keen to work with those who sign Katrina and some people even go to an extant of saying that the emotional Salman who is ‘badnam’ to keep grudges for long has asked his fellow near and dear producers to keep a distance from Katrina.

The first casualty for Katrina might be the Yash Raj flick where she was supposed to be paired with Salman.

B-town A-list actresses were the top contenders but the odds seem to be in favor of Deepika Padukone who shares a common spoiler virus called ‘Ranbir’ with Salman.

Anyway sources close to YRF on Deepika topping the demand list for the project give a very professional reason, they say, “They needed a young A-lister opposite Salman for the film. Aditya Chopra and director Kabir have zeroed down on Deepika Padukone.”

So is Katrina and the other contenders are ‘old’ or not ‘A’ listers…

Baby, its anybody’s guess…

Meanwhile the London beauty in her Bollywood duty Katrina has to search for a remedy to calm down Salman Khan who seems to be in no mood to forget and forgive while Deepika romances the muscle man on screen for YRF film.
