Nayantara, who last shot for Director Bapu’s Telugu film ‘Srirama Rajyam’ was reported to be very sentimental on the sets of the film.The cast and crew of the film were happy at the actor’s dedication. But the director found that there was a problem with Nayantara.
The director felt that Nayantara's mole on her lower lip would hike the sex appeal of her character in the film and wanted to avoid that from happening as the actor was portraying Sita, an avatar of Godess Lakshmi of the Hindu mythology.
When the director had asked Nayantara to cover up the mole, the stubborn actor had refused to do so for sentimental reasons.
As a solution to this, the technicians of the film were told to cover the mole using computer graphics with the actor's consent.
Srirama Rajyam produced by Yalamanchi Saibabu under the banner of Sri Sai Baba Movies is the remake of the all time classic Telugu film ‘Lava Kusa’ with Balakrishna playing the lead role of Lord Rama with Nayantara opposite him as Sita.
