Richa Gangopadhyay, the heroine of Osthi with STR and Mayakkam Enna with Dhanush says that she only wants to do roles that have meat on them and not the usual plastic characters.The actress said Mayakkam Enna has given her a chance to show off her acting chops as her character has been beautifully developed by Selva. And as for Osthi, Richa says that her character along with the script has been modified from the original to suit the Tamil audience.
"My role in Osthi opposite Simbhu is prominent and is performance - oriented to that of Sonakshi's in Dabangg. It has been reworked to suit the Tamil audience" she says. She added that she was lucky to get such good roles with the top actors of this generation and is keeping her fingers crossed for more good offers.
