Amala Paul was initially said to play the female lead in Mysskin's superhero flick 'Mugamoodi' with Jiiva in the lead and now she has opted out of it.Instead of Amala, model turned actress Pooja Hegde has been signed up to make her acting debut as the lead opposite Jiiva. Pooja was adjudged as the runner-up in the Miss Universe – India contest held recently.
Narain will play a negative role in this film directed by Mysskin and produced by UTV Motion Pictures.
The shooting of Mugamoodi will commence from September onwards and the director is planning a teaser trailer in the meantime.
