Goutham Menon is very busy shooting Jiiva and Samantha for Neethaane En Ponvasantham."I have a passion for Ilayaraja’s songs. I borrowed the famous line from one of his songs," Said Gowtham.
The movie went to floors recently and the shoot is on in and around Chennai.
Gowtham said "Jiiva expressed his desire to work with me and I was waiting for a right script. Eventually 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham' happened," and added "I would describe Jiiva as a friendly and co-operative star. He is a director’s actor and does what a filmmaker wants."
Interestingly Goutham is also directing Prateik Babbar and Amy Jackson for Ek Deewana Tha, the Hindi remake of Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya.
