Now it is well known that Siddharth supports the Deccan Chargers and is spotted often at the DC matches wearing a Charger’s jersey.

Some of his Tamil fans were angered because of this and have questioned him asking if it is right for a Tamil guy to support another team.

Siddharth said that since he has been living, working and paying his taxes in Hyderabad, he regards it as home now but he will always have a soft spot for Chennai and the Super Kings.
