Rethika Srinivas who acted in Balaji Sakthivel's 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9' as the school correspondent and a close associate of a state minister is winning accolades for her performance from the audience.
The model turned actor has acted in more than 40 advertisement films and was selected in 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9' after a formal audition.
"My entire family was all praises! My husband who is not familiar with Tamil cinema is now watching 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9' again and again with his friends! They have started learning many things about Tamil cinema and its technicians as well," said Rethika speaking about the feedback that she has been receiving for her character with negative shades.
Hailing originally from Mumbai, Rethika shares a strong connection with Chennai and shifted her base to Chennai for her studies. The actress is now reportedly flooded with several offers and is trying to zero in on one for her next.
