Trisha Krishnan born on the 4th of May 1983 is a model turned actress who is now said to be the highest paid actress in south India. Although she debuted with Priyadarshan's Lesa Lesa, it was her first release Mounam Pesiyadhe (2002) opposite Surya Sivakumar that earned her the Filmfare Best Tamil Female Debut Award as the former didn't release until 2003. She later rose to fame starring in successful films like Saamy (2003), Ghilli (2004) and Athadu (2005) etc.
Trisha after prominently starring in Telugu and Tamil films like Stalin (2006), Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule (2007), Bheema and Kuruvi (2008) reigned the south Indian film Industry and made Bollywood yearn for her debut at the earliest.
