Kangna Ranaut has lately been boasting about how she has been approached to represent Paris Hilton’s fashion accessory line in India. It turns out that it was an empty boast.
We agree that Kangna has been evolving into more of a fashionista lately, leaving behind the image of a girl interrupted she got after playing a slew of disturbed characters in films. And it’s no surprise that many fell for Kangna’s claim about being chosen as the brand ambassador for the renowned socialite and fashionista Paris Hilton’s Indian line of fashion accessories.
However, Pragya Narang from an event management company that’s looking after the brand’s India launch rubbishes Kangna’s claim.
“Paris Hilton Fashions officially denies approaching Kangna, who claims that she is all set to be the face of the fashion line. Paris is a global mega-star and doesn't need anyone to be the face of her fashion line, anywhere in the world,” Narang is quoted as saying.
We’re just waiting to see what response Kangna has for Narang’s -- rather Hilton’s -- snub.
