Actor Asin has been linked with almost all Bollywood superstars she has acted with ever since her debut with Aamir Khan in Ghajini.

First it was Aamir Khan and then it was Salman, with whom Asin was rumored to be linked with. Thanks to her twin movies 'London Dreams' and 'Ready' with Salman, that some media houses even went as far as to say that she was living together with him.

Initially the actor took it in her stride as being part and parcel of her profession but off late she has been disturbed by the talks of her alleged live-in relationship with Salman.

Asin appealed to such miscreants to think about her family before spreading any such rumors. She signed off with a warning stating that she would sue the media houses in court if any such false news is spread in future.

Asin has been enacting marriage scenes in quite a few of her recent movies like Ready and Housefull 2.

Even for her upcoming film with Akshay Kumar titled Khiladi 786, Asin got married last week on the sets in Punjabi style.

Now, she has jokingly remarked to her support crew that it is time for her to find a good guy, and get married for real.

Looks like she is fed up of all these reel marriages. However, her fans would hope that Asin would continue donning the greasepaint and not think about marriage seriously anytime soon.

Asin has been having a grand run in Bollywood ever since she made her debut opposite Aamir Khan in 'Ghajini (2008).'

All of her Bollywood releases including Ghajini followed by London Dreams and Housefull 2 have crossed the 100 crores net at the boxoffice including her latest release Bol Bachchan.

The actor now seem to have realized the reason for her grandeur in Bollywood as all her co-stars that she has been acting with, like Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar are not only box-office opening kings but are also really senior to her.

Asin now longs to have a good solid solo female lead role opposite a co-star of her age. She infact feels sad for the lack of prominent roles offered to her, post Ghajini.

Would this regret make Asin come back to South Indian Cinema. Well we'd leave that for Asin to decide.

Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan's recent release Bol Bachchan begins with a 'Thank You Aamir Khan' credit. In case if you are wondering what is Mr Perfectionist's contribution to a Rohit Shetty film, here is the answer...

The action comedy has the track Bhaag D K Bose from Aamir Khan's production Delhi Belly. The makers were keen to include the song as they felt it was perfect for a musical sequence filmed on Abhishek Bachchan.

A source said, "They were told that Aamir holds the rights for the song. When the star was approached, he gave his consent immediately. But when the talk veered towards monetary compensation, he refused to be compensated for it."

The source added, "The copyright of the songs are usually held by music companies from which permission is taken before they are used. Otherwise there is a copyright infringement issue. For every song utilised, a royalty has to be given to them. But in Aamir's case as the rights are with him, the royalty goes to him."

Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn were happy that Aamir Khan willingly gave the right to use the song and refused to accept any royalty for it. The film's spokesperson confirmed that Aamir Khan did not charge anything and the makers are thankful to him.

You can’t think of Ishqiya (2010), the movie written and produced by Vishal Bhardwaj, without thinking of its central character – Krishna.

In what was one her most powerful roles, Vidya Balan played the sultry, sharp-tongued character in printed saris and long tresses. Playing a dominatrix of sorts, Vidya's kiss and intimate scenes with Arshad Warsi became one of the talking points of the movie.

So now, as Madhuri Dixit-Nene prepares to start shooting for the sequel (Dedh Ishqiya) in September, everyone wants to know what her character along with Arshad Warsi and Naseeruddin Shah is going to be like.

Madhuri says, “I know there were talks about me being associated with the project even before I gave my nod. But at that time, I was taking things slowly to settle down and help my kids adjust with the new environment.”

“I’m really excited about both my co-stars. They were brilliant in Ishqiya. I loved that film also because of its director Abhishek, who didn’t make it seem like his debut film. And I don’t have enough words to praise Vidya Balan for her awesome performance that took the film to another level,” added Madhuri, who is all praises for Ishqiya’s actors and director Abhishek Chaubey.

If her character is going to be anything like Vidya’s, the question arises whether the 45-year-old mother of two will be comfortable with intimate scenes.

“If I’m convinced that the intimate scenes are essential to the script and I know it will be shot aesthetically, I won’t say no to intimate scenes. Vidya’s scenes were shot so beautifully in Ishqiya. If Dedh Ishqiya absolutely needs something of that sort, I’m game.

I don’t think marriage or motherhood has anything to do with an actor’s work. My kids (Arin and Rayan) and husband (Dr Sriram Nene) know that I’m an artiste. I can’t shy away from anything that a script demands, even if it’s physical intimacy,” reasoned the actor.

Of course, the veteran actor won’t be in unfamiliar territory, having shot for intimate kissing and lovemaking scenes with Vinod Khanna, Sanjay Dutt and Aamir Khan back then. Let all us Madhuri fans go back in time for them steamy scenes later and look at the beautiful Madhuri gyrating for one of the hit songs of the millennium.

British model Scarlett Mellish Wilson, who has done item number Imported Kamariya in the forthcoming film Shanghai, says she relates the Hindi film industry to Aishwarya Rai.

"I love her (Aishwarya Rai), she defines Bollywood for me. She is the definition of Bollywood. Her acting, her beauty, she is such an amazing dancer. I think she is the ultimate, I love her," Scarlett told reporters.

Scarlett is also a big fan of Aamir Khan.

"I like Aamir Khan, I have seen a few of his movies. I saw Taare Zameen Par and I loved that. There's another movie I watched, I can't remember the name," she said adding that she also "loved other Hindi films like Housefull and Dostana."

Composers Vishal-Shekhar have composed music for Shanghai and it hits theatres June 8. The film stars Emraan Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin, Abhay Deol and Bengali superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee.

Asin remains the only actress from the South to have made a successful transition to Hindi films in recent times, having tasted success within just three years of being in the Hindi film industry.

Three out of the four films she's done are in the list of the top 10 highest grossers of all time. " Ghajini", "Ready" and "Housefull 2" have all crossed the `100 crore (net collections) mark.

Asin has an enviable career success ratio in B-town when compared to contemporaries in the `100-crore list who have been in the industry for a decade or more.

Asin's next film is Rohit Shetty's "Bol Bachchan".

Says the actress, "I am thrilled to have three films in the coveted 100-crore list. It is a function of luck, working with good people, growth in Bollywood and to some extent, my picking fun and emotional stories, which tend to do well. For me, it is not about the crores in collections, but entertaining such a big number of people. If the audience is happy, the rest follows. Collections are one factor, but more than anything, I'd like to work in films I'm passionate about. I love the new generation of filmmakers and hope I get to work with them."

She has also kept a relatively low profile compared to her peers. "I have to admit, my PR and networking skills suck!" she says, "I may get all self-righteous about it, but the fact is that PR matters. I come from the South, where self-marketing isn't naturally in the culture, so I've been deficient in that area. The good thing about downplaying myself is that when achievements come, people are positively surprised. I believe my work should do the talking."

Asin says her family is her support system. "It may sound like a cliche," she says, "but my family defines who I am and is my strongest support base. My parents have given me the right amount of independence to pursue my dreams, but at the same time, brought me up well and kept me grounded. There are absolutely no starry tantrums allowed at home! And that is why I don't have them on the sets." What about Mr Right? "Ah! Good men and good scripts - two things I'm looking for," she smiles, "So far, I've been lucky with the scripts. It's perhaps time to focus on finding the man."

There is no business like show business and stars make insane amounts of money.

Bollywood stars make full use of their star power to deliver super hits and many like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan have taken the plunge into production and help themselves to a hefty chunk of the profits.

A recent survey found that for 2011, India's highest paid actor for any one film is none other than Rajinikanth!

No surprise there?

Stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Salman follow closely. Superstar clearly is the star who shines brightest on the horizon!

Asin recently said that she would love to work with Shah Rukh Khan as she has already worked with the other two Khans in Bollywood -Aamir and Salman.

It looks like Asin's wish to act with the King Khan is now about to come true as she is all set to sign on the dotted line for a film with Shahrukh Khan himself.

The film will be based on the book - Two States: The Story of My Marriage by Chetan Bhagat.

Sajid Nadiadwala would be producing this venture with Vishal Bharadwaj wielding the megaphone to direct this film.

In the book, the female protagonist is a Tamilian and Asin's Southern roots make her an apt choice. Besides she is very comfortable with the producer having worked with him earlier in the sequel of Houseful.

"If we are taking about female population, now we know that we have a female hero here with us who has taken over. I think with all the Khans and the Kapoors, we have Vidya Balan now," Shekhar, of the Vishal-Shekhar duo, said at the music launch of their latest film 'Kahaani'.

After being down and out for a while, Vidya resurfaced and showed her Versatility with 'Ishqiya', 'Paa', 'No One Killed Jessica' and her masterstroke came in the form of 'The Dirty Picture'. The film was not only a commercial success, it also received all-round acclaim.

Right now Vidya is on a winning spree with most popular best actress awards falling in her kitty.

The duo had composed the music for 'The Dirty Picture' and Shekhar says they have tried to match the audiences' expectations with 'Kahaani', which is coming out March 9, as well.

" 'Kahaani' is really very special for us. Whenever people talk about this combination (me and Vishal), they always expect something really mad, crazy and beautiful and this has happened again with 'Kahaani'," said Shekhar.

They are also busy composing for 'Arjun - The Warrior Prince', 'Student of the Year' and 'Shanghai'.

Amala Paul is very excited these days awaiting her big releases and there are reports about the actress foraying into Bollywood.

While reports about the actor's Bollywood debut is a buzz in the industry, Amala Paul is awaiting the release of three biggies that includes Vettai, Muppozhuthum Un Karpanaigal and Kadhalil Sodhapuvadhu Yeppadi.

"Bollywood dreams? Who wouldn’t love to act with Hrithik and Aamir? But, I don’t look at Bollywood as a career progression. The script will decide if I want to make a move northwards. It has to please the actor in me," said Amala Paul adding about her high expectation on her big films that are awaiting release.

Reports earlier mentioned of the Hindi remake of Lingusamy's Vettai that would possibly have Amala Paul reprising her role. Buzz now is that Amala has been approached by a big production company from Mumbai to act in a Hindi movie.

Looks like Amala Paul would foray into Bollywood one way or another..

Kamal Haasan is very passionate about his new film Vishwaroopam, an upcoming bilingial spy thriller which he says is currently the biggest project in Tamil cinema.

"I was not getting any younger to just stand by and let the director waste anyone's time besides wasting his own," said Kamal Haasan on his decision to direct the film. It can be recalled that Selvaraghavan was supposed to direct this film before Kamal Haasan was forced to take over the responsibilities.

Kamal Haasan also mentioned of actress Sonakshi Sinha whose dates were also wasted being the original choice for the heroine's role that is now being played by Pooja Kumar. The actor conveyed his apologies to Sonakshi and parted ways hoping to work together in the future.

About the kind of films being made in India today, Kamal said that he appreciates the kind of films that Aamir Khan does and it is such films that keeps his interest in Bollywood movies going.

Dhoom 3 is already one of the most awaited movies of 2012. And spurring the curiosity levels of the audiences is Katrina Kaif’s latest revelation.

Katrina Kaif has said that she will flaunt a toned body in Dhoom 3! She is quoted as saying by a daily: “The film requires me to flaunt a toned body and a certain body language that I’m working on.”

Katrina Kaif also said that Dhoom 3 is a prestigious film for her, Yash Chopra and the entire Dhoom team. She confessed that she is really looking forward to working in the film opposite Aamir Khan.

Though, this is the first time Kat will be seen opposite Aamir Khan, Katrina is already praises for him! She said that she is sure it’ll be a learning experience for her to work with Aamir Khan.

And since, besides Dhoom 3, Katrina will also be seen in two other Yash Raj flicks (Ek Tha Tiger and another romantic movie where she will be paired opposite Shahrukh Khan), buzz suggests that she is the latest hot favourite of the Yash Raj camp. Katrina Kaif retorted by saying that she only competes with herself and focuses on her work; everything else is insignificant to her.

Trust Aamir Khan to be humility personified.

Before flying off to London to shoot for Talaash, the actor drove down from Panchgani to Mahabaleshwar to meet Jackie Shroff.

A little birdie says, "Shroff was shooting for Ananth Mahadevan's Life Is Good. Considering Khan's star status, he could have easily summoned the senior actor to visit him. But he felt that since Jackie was shooting and is also his senior it would not be be right on his part to call the actor to where he was.

Instead he preferred to drop in on the sets personally. We assume Aamir Khan had dropped in to discuss the finer details of the project that launches Tiger Shroff." This development gives credence to talk that Aamir will in all likelihood launch Jackie Jr under his banner.

Kareena Kapoor and Aamir Khan are currently filming an underwater action sequence in London.

The five-day shoot is taking place at an undisclosed location for Reema Kagti’s as yet untitled film.

“I can’t reveal anything about the film, but I think I am just very lucky to be working with Aamir Khan for the second time around. It is just a pleasure,” Kapoor told Bollywood reporter Sunny Malik.

“We worked together on 3 Idiots, and now in this film I have a very special and iconic role. The film will release in June 2012. I am very excited about the release. The shoot is going to be underwater, but it’s a heated pool,” she added.

According to a production source, Kapoor and Khan had started working on the underwater scene in Mumbai before producers decided to reshoot the scene at a fully equipped aqua studio.

Bengali actress Rani Mukherji is also part of the project, but does not feature in the London shoot.

Kagti received critical acclaim for her ensemble cast debut Honeymoon Travels Pvt, a road movie principally set onboard a coach trip to Goa.

Shruti Hassan's career in Bollywood has not been very fruitful so far but she is getting a golden opportunity to create a niche for herself in the Hindi film industry.

Well, Shruti will be pairing up with none other than the Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan in the Hindi remake of the Tamil movie 7am Arivu.

If reports are to be believed, Aamir Khan has recently seen the Tamil movie, 7am Arivu and the actor was so impressed with the movie that he immediately made his mind to have it remade. Not only the story of the movie but also Shruti Hassan's performance made him to stand up and clap for the actress at the end.

It goes without saying that A R Murugadoss, who directed Aamir in Ghajini, shares a good rapport with actor and Aamir knowing of Murgadoss' potential, has been keen on watching his 7aam Arivu, ever since it was announced.

7aam Arivu (7th Sense) directed by A R Murugadoss features Surya in dual roles of a circus artist and a monk named Bodhi Dharman, the transmitter of the Zen. Shruti Hassan will be seen in the character of a young scientist, whereas Hollywood actor Johnny Tri Nguyen threatens everybody with his negative character.

Tamil superstar Ilayathalapathy Vijay has termed his upcoming release "Velayudham" a special film of his career.

Addressing thousands of his fans in Banglore on Saturday at the city's Poornima Theatre, where two trailers of the film were screened, Vijay said:

"Velayudham is a special film for me. I have acted in many films which have been filled with commercial elements.

"You have liked my films for their quality in picturisation of songs and fights. But Velayudham is one such film that is focused on a issue besides being packaged with lot of commercial elements."

"You have already given a thumbs up for the audio of the film. I hope you would like the film also," he said amid cheers.

Slated for a Diwali release, Velayutham is produced by Aascar Ravichandran and directed by M. Raja. The film also stars Genelia D'Souza and Hansika.

Vijay was in the city to inaugurate a store of Jos Alukkas Jewellery, of which he is the brand ambassador.

"I have come here many times, including the launch of the Kannada film Jogayya, which was my friend Shivaraj Kumar's hundredth film. I am very fond of my fans in Karnataka," said Vijay.

Velayudham is being released along with actor Surya's 7 Aam Arivu, helmed by Ghajini director Murugadoss. These two major Tamil films have to contend with a big competitor in the form of Shah Rukh Khan's RA.One, the costliest film to be ever made in the country.

Murugadoss had also directed the Hindi version of Ghajini with Aamir Khan in the lead, which had become a sensational hit. Now, the news is that Bollywood star Shah Rukh too is interested in working with the director.

The release date of Yash Raj Films' much-awaited Dhoom 3 has been shifted to 2013 due to production and post-production considerations.

The movie, which is the third instalment of YRF's popular action-adventure franchise Dhoom, will go on the floors November-end, said a statement issued by the production house.

The production unit anticipates "a demanding 10-11 months of intense shooting with concurrent post-production", which will "probably be cutting it too fine for a Christmas 2012 release". Therefore, the decision was locked by producer Aditya Chopra, director Vijay Krishna Acharya, in consultation with lead actor Aamir Khan".

"Dhoom 3 is very dear to all of us as well as to its audience who expect only the best from the franchise. While the shooting will finish in time, we expect the post-production to take much longer.

We are trying our best to give one of the finest cinematic experiences to our discerning audience and therefore did not want to compromise the quality of the film just to meet the release date," said Acharya.

The movie will see Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprising their roles while Katrina Kaif sports not one but more bikinies to raise the oomph in the film.

With the change in release date, the film has also co-incidentally avoided a clash with Dabangg 2, which is slated for a Christmas release in 2012.

The release of Aamir Khan-starrer Dhoom 3 has been postponed because of production and post-production work, the producers said.

The film will now hit the theatres in 2013. The shooting begins from November-end this year.

Earlier the film was slated for a 2012 Christmas release. Since the shooting and the post-production is expected to take some more time, producer Aditya Chopra and director Vijay Krishna Acharya (also known as Victor), in consultation with Aamir, have decided to delay the release.

"While the shooting will finish in time, we expect the post-production to take much longer... did not want to compromise on the quality of the film just to meet the release date," Victor said in a statement.

The Dhoom series centres around bike chases, handsome thieves and daring theft plans.

After the success of Dhoom (2004) and Dhoom 2 (2006), there is much buzz in B-town about the next sequel.

Aamir would be seen as the baddie in the film while Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra would be continuing with the pair of Jai and Ali.

Aamir Khan knows how to dress up or even dress down, when it comes to looking the part.

From shaving his head in Ghajini to sporting a wig in his Disco Fighter item number during the last few minutes in Delhi Belly, Aamir is called perfectionist Khan for a good reason.

The actor was recently spotted in a new look, which is rumoured to be that of his super-villain avatar in Dhoom 3. In the picture, Aamir is seen sporting a salt-and-pepper French beard with dark, back-brushed gelled hair.

However, neither the production house nor Aamir has confirmed if his new look is for the film. The picture was clicked in Mumbai, when the actor was entering a Thai Spa.

Until recently, Aamir was sporting a handlebar moustache for his next release, Reema Kagti's Dhuaan in which he plays a cop.

It is also to be noted that the actor was earlier sported in a salt-and-pepper look with a cropped hairdo for wife Kiran Rao's Dhobi Ghat.

The third part of the Dhoom series will have Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprising their same old roles with Aamir Khan playing the negative character with Katrina Kaif as his heroine.

Dhoom 3 will be Aamir and Katrina's first outing on-screen.

The film will go on floors at the end of 2011 and is planned for a 2012 Christmas release.
