Justin Bieber must stop hanging around with hip hop stars if he is to salvage his relationship with Selena Gomez, reports are suggesting.

Justin Bieber's new pals are singer Sean Kingston, a former child burglar, Chris Brown, who beat ex-partner Rihanna, and Lil Wayne, who has been charged with gun-related crimes in the past. Neither Gomez nor Bieber have confirmed the split, but a source told The Sun that things came to a head when Bieber tried to bring Kingston to one of her shows: "Selena told him to stop hanging with these bad people. She didn't want him to crash her gig. They had a huge row and said it was good they were having time apart while she was on tour."

However, the couple caused a sensation the next day by cruising through Miami in an open-top Rolls Royce, seemingly contradicting earlier reports. Despite this, the source claimed that the row was serious, and that Bieber was distraught, adding: "It's hard seeing a little 17-year-old crying and saying he loves her."

Gather Celebs news reported that Kingston had recently been in a near-fatal jet-ski crash, and Bieber was trying to look after his friend by inviting him to the show. The break up rumours are bound to continue until one of the pair makes a statement to the contrary.

Singer Rihanna is reportedly seeing her ex-boyfriend Negus Sealy, who "has hardly left her side" since she arrived in her home nation of Barbados.

Rihanna was spotted enjoying some "hot and heavy" dancing with her former flame at the Kadooment Day festival.

The couple had parted ways in 2006.

"Negus has hardly left her side. He was her first true love. The ladies here all love him--they call him the Love God. They've hooked up in the past when she's been back in Barbados but now things have progressed into a proper relationship again," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

After two years of 'no see no talk' following Chris Brown's assault on his former girlfriend Rihanna, the two pop singers seem to be putting their past behind them.

It has emerged that Rihanna and Brown are following each other on Twitter, reports the Daily Mail.

Rihanna, who has five million Twitter followers, has added Brown to the select group of 384 people she follows. Shortly after that, Brown logged on to Twitter and followed her as well.

Rihanna and Brown were dating when he beat her up in 2009. The infamous assault happened the night before the Grammy Awards back in 2009.

The attack occurred in Los Angeles' Hancock Park neighbourhood as Chris drove a rented sports car. While they are only just following each other on the Internet, several websites are already speculating that a reunion could be in store, despite Brown and Rihanna's past troubles.
